We do take every possible care with your laundry, but the management regret that NO RESPONSIBILITY can be accepted for any damage howsoever caused in the washing and drying processes, including service washes.
Laundry left for service washing and/or ironing is collectable by the customer at the time and day stated by Launderette staff when it is left with us. Due to space restrictions the Launderette cannot store cleaned items indefinitely and we therefore reserve the right to dispose of any items left with us for more than three months without contact. Customers remain responsible for the payment of all laundering fees for such disposed of items when they have been cleaned as requested.
Copies of our terms and conditions of service and disclaimer are displayed in the Launderette and customers using our services are deemed to have read and accepted them in full.
The above statements do not affect your normal rights as a consumer under standard English Law.
